Holla!
Finally after a very busy month that I can’t write anything, now I’m back, yeay! Actually, I still have leisure time to do some stuff, but there’s one thing that I put on the first list. Yup, I prepared myself for a college test. So, wish me luck to get a good news next month ya! Hehehe.
Hmm, okay where do I begin? Do you have any plan for this holiday? I guess wherever you go, you can’t go without a phone on your hand, right? Besides, I can assure you that social media is one of the things you will write on your to-do-list. Hahaha.
As a part of cyberspace, social media give us a lot of benefits. Such as we can communicate with our relation when we can't meet them, we can get the newest information or maybe we can stalk our crush(?) lol wkwk sorry. But, in another hand, social media may be a little bit test your patience. Like, sometimes the news that we get isn't the actual one, sometimes it's like a mushroom in the rainy season, the hoax is everywhere dear, oh god.. So, in this case, we have to be picky. Because not all the things that we found on the internet is right.
Next, honestly, if you look accurately at my blog, you may know what will I talk about. But unfortunately, people are having activities that more important than stalking my blog, right? Hahaha. Well, I’ve just deleted some posts here. I deleted 43 posts from 115 posts hehehe. Okay, maybe you will start thinking why I did it? And if I don’t say anything at all about it, you will start to speculate about some possibilities and yes absolutely you pick one of them to take a conclusion. That's a natural thing. That’s the human brain works. Based on psychology facts that I found a few days ago, the brain tends to predict what will other people say before he/she said it.
Ugh sorry, perhaps I chitchat too much:')
Okay, let's begin. For me, both social media and speculation can't be separated. We all know, socmed is a world that has no limit. Everyone has their right to show, to comment, and to save everything they want.
It's interesting if we can access freely without any restriction, isn't it? Of course, it'll suggest ourselves be an open-minded person. But sadly, there are some people who misinterpreted 'open-minded' means. Open-minded doesn't mean we always accept every information on the internet without filter it out. We still have to filter it.
Undeniable, we tend to speculate and conclude things that we found on the internet. But, it doesn't mean we can judge he/she by his/her virtual world (in this case, social media). I know no matter how good you're, people always judge, and maybe it knocks you down.
Deep inside, there are still differences between virtual life and real life. Perhaps, the person you find attractive on the internet is the person who says no words in a real life. And perhaps, the person you find arrogant is the person who loves to meet new people in a real life. So, before you assume, learn the facts. Before you judge, understand why.
I know that we have to be nice. We need to know the way other people look at us so that we can change ourselves to be a better person. But 'need' doesn't mean 'always'. If you water yourself down to please people, you lose the passion, the power, the freedom and the joy of being uniquely you. Just be your self, be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what other people think you are.
Please use your pc&headset for better audio. Thx😀
